After Phase 3, the proposed Hoai Duc Township will be largely complete becoming a satellite town that is not only self-contained, but fully integrated with Hanoi. It will have

• Large businesses occupying the whole of the commercial/ industrial corridor, employing 100,000 jobs

• Thriving new and modern commercial centre to cater for Hoai Duc and other provinces competing with central Hanoi
  
  
• Link with other New Townships circling around Hanoi to create a modern Metropolitan City
