Phase 1 Development Components


In this phase the selling of the development products commences.

  • The developers will launch lower priced mixed housing – some of these products will be
    offered to the displaced farmers. Particularly suitable will be the lower priced housing and shops. These products will also be targeted to other local residents of Hoai Duc and the neighbouring district in Hanoi City.

  • This phase will see the complete all Small-industry villages. The roads in the neighbouring settlements will also be upgraded as necessary. Access into the site for construction and sales and marketing activities will be fully secured.
  • The developers will launch the Commercial/ Industrial Corridor – the target market includes:

    • manufacturers from Malaysia and region that want to serve the demand for building materials created by this and other projects in Vietnam,
    • manufacturers that involve labour-intensive processes that get benefit from the cheap but high quality labour available in Hanoi and Ha Tay

  • The developer and its partner in education will launch a training school to produce skilled construction workers. There is an existing demand for Vietnamese workers to work in foreign building sites. And of course, there will be jobs for the graduates of the school in the project itself.
