Phase 2 Development Components

In this phase the development company will continue with the products launched in Phase 1, but with a changing emphasis:


  • Sales and construction of the mixed-housing will proceed as before, but there will be the gradual introduction of more housing in the medium to high-income range.

  • The development of Commercial/ Industrial Corridor will proceed as before, but with the completion of the service road link between Route 32 and Lang Hoa Lac Highway, the marketing of this corridor will emphasize on the future Highway frontage (Route 4)
    • aim for hypermarkets, assembly plants, warehouses and logistic nodes that require good transportation links


    Perspective of buildings along highway

  • The educational enterprise will start to diversify towards training for employment opportunities created by companies in Commercial/ Industrial Corridor.

  • At this stage, the Small-industry villages will be integrated with the modern infrastructure of the development. The neighbouring settlements will also benefit from this new infrastructure.
